Residents gather for Jackson’s annual ‘Pub Crawl’

JACKSON, Tenn. — Participants from all over West Tennessee gathered in downtown Jackson for the annual Pub Crawl to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day.

Every year on St. Patrick’s Day, residents travel from bar to bar supporting locally owned Jackson pubs. This year, they started at Hub City Brewing then continued through downtown.

“We started at some other places and then wanted to do the crawl and you can’t beat it on St. Patrick’s Day. And I’m half Irish so I’m home,” said Hamilton, attendee.

Participants were encouraged to drink responsibly and also have designated drivers to help them get home safely.
