DA’s Fugitive Friday: Charles McElroy wanted in Gibson County

DA’s Fugitive Friday for April 18, 2025:

Charles McElroy is wanted out of Gibson County Circuit Court for Violation of Probation.

These charges stem from Mr. McElroy failing to comply with the terms of his probation after pleading guilty to Schedule II Meth with Intent to Manufacture, Sell, Deliver, Simple Possession Schedule VI Marijuana, and Simple Possession Schedule IV.

Mr. McElroy’s last known address was in Rutherford, Tennessee.

If you have any contact with Mr. McElroy, please encourage him to turn himself in to the Gibson County Sheriff’s Department.
