High winds are being blamed for toppling a tree that fell onto a house on Wilkerson Street in midtown Jackson. The family inside the home awoke to a tree that had fallen overnight, Thursday and landed across the yard. The homeowner said the tree also hi the corner of the house damaging the roof. No one was injured.
