Maxwell Charged in Lincoln Courts Shooting

Ladarius Maxwell was officially charged with aggravated assault, Monday morning in Jackson City Court. He was arrested Friday after weeks on the run. Maxwell is accused of firing at a man on March 3 in Lincoln Courts. On March 16, investigators believe Maxwell took aim at the same man in Lincoln Courts, this time critically wounding him. The victim remains hospitalized. He remains jailed in lieu of $150,000 bond. He is scheduled to return to court on April 14.
