Some Jackson businesses affected by winter storm

JACKSON, Tenn.—The City of Jackson has faced some inclement weather conditions and the fallout is still affecting businesses.

Many businesses across the city have been closed due to weather for the last few days.

Staff have been unable to traverse the roads, and delivery trucks have been struggling to complete their routes.

Jacob Fry, the Fresh Manager at Grubb’s Grocery shared some updates about their store.

“As far as for staff, it’s been tough for us to get here so we’ve had, we’ve been short staffed almost everyday. Today’s the first day we could get a lot of people in, but customer count has grown everyday, so it’s been doing pretty good,” Fry said.
