JACKSON, Tenn. (Feb. 3, 2026) – Jackson Caniacs can skip the road trip! Raising Cane’s brings hot, fresh Chicken Fingers to town with the opening of its first-ever Jackson Restaurant at 1035 Vann Drive in the Columns Shopping Center on Tuesday, Feb. 10.
Starting at 10 a.m. that morning, Raising Cane’s will serve its ONE LOVE® – Craveable Chicken Finger Meals® – complete with hand-battered, cooked-to-order Chicken Fingers, buttery Cane’s Toast, crispy coleslaw, crinkle-cut fries and award-winning Cane’s Sauce. Every order is prepared fresh, in real time, by a highly trained Crew using premium chicken marinated for at least 24 hours. No heat lamps. No warmers. Just hot, fresh chicken.
With a double-lane Drive-Thru and late-night hours, the new Jackson Raising Cane’s is built for speed and late-night cravings, making it quick and easy to get hot, fresh Chicken Fingers no matter the hour. The new Restaurant is open Sunday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to midnight, with extended hours Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. until 1 a.m. Inside, the spacious dining room puts Jackson in the spotlight, celebrating its culture and Rockabilly roots with vintage photos, local memorabilia and nods to hometown legends like Tina Turner, Isaac Hayes, Ed “Too Tall” Jones, and more, alongside pieces of Raising Cane’s story and photos of the Brand’s yellow Labrador mascot and namesake, Cane.
Opening day at Raising Cane’s starts bright and early, with Customers encouraged to line up early Tuesday, Feb. 10 for Community giveaways, fun and celebration, including:
- A “Lucky 20” drawing to award 20 Customers (age 13 and older) Free Cane’s for a Year! Entries are accepted from 8 to 9 a.m., with the drawing held at 9:15 a.m. Customers must be present to win.
- A Cane’s branded trucker hat and a free Box Combo Card, valid on a future visit, for the first 100 Combos purchased in-Restaurant. Limit one hat and card per Combo purchased—while supplies last.
- Major Cane’s kudos for Customer No. 1 in line who receives a one-of-a-kind gift basket and a big welcome greeting from all the Crew.
- A ribbon-cutting ceremony featuring the Jackson Chamber of Commerce beginning at approximately 9:20 a.m.
- Check presentation to the Boys & Girls Club of Jackson beginning at approximately 9:30 a.m.
- DJ Flashback bringing the energy all day long from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., plus a performance by the North Side High School drum line from 9:45 to 10:15 a.m.
