Dr. Frank McMeen retires from the Community Foundation of West Tennessee

JACKSON, Tenn. — One local community gathers to say farewell to one influential leader.

The Board of Trustees of the Community Foundation of West Tennessee presented a come-and-go reception to celebrate the retirement of President and CEO Dr. Frank McMeen.

McMeen, who is also a Jackson City Councilman, is leaving the Foundation after 26 years of service.

Melissa Spurgeon will assume the role following McMeen’s departure.  Spurgeon currently serves as Chief of Staff for Jackson-Madison County School System.
