Alvin Bond selected as March 2026 Employee of the Month
JACKSON, Tenn. – The City of Jackson’s Employee of the Month initiative is designed to formally recognize and reward city employees who consistently demonstrate exceptional performance, professionalism, teamwork, and an unwavering commitment to public service.
Alvin Bond has been selected as the Employee of the Month for March 2026. Bond represents our city’s Information Technology Department.
According to his nomination, Alvin completed an audit of all desktop systems to determine which systems need to be upgraded and which need to be replaced so that our city could reduce the amount of capital needed in the upcoming budget.
“Our employees are the backbone of this city, and it is essential that we acknowledge those who go above and beyond in their daily duties,” said Mayor Scott Conger. “This program is a crucial step in fostering a culture of excellence and showing our dedicated staff how much their contributions are valued.”
