One Church Celebrates Installation of a New Pastor

JACKSON, Tenn. — One local church honors and recognizes its pastor-elect and his wife with a special event.
Home Missionary Baptist Church in Jackson held their pastoral installation services this afternoon.

Reverend Anthony Bell and First Lady Taneth Bell were honored and officially installed with the church during this special service.
Organizers tell us why this installation service was so unique.

“Just the history that seldom do you have a church that’s any church where you have one of the sons who were raised in the church come back and teach pastorship,” said Deacon James Maholmes.
