AMBER Alert canceled after 2-year-old found safe

NORFOLK, Va. (WWBT/Gray News) – An AMBER Alert has been canceled after a missing 2-year-old was found safe, according to Virginia State Police.

Virginia State Police say 35-year-old James Edward Lynch abducted Ziyon Isyiere Suzario Dagner just after midnight on Thursday, April 30.

Police issued the alert around 6:45 a.m. Thursday and said 35-year-old James Edward Lynch abducted Ziyon Isyiere Suzario Dagner in Norfolk just after midnight. Police said at the time that the child was “in extreme danger.”

There’s currently no information on the suspect or if any charges have been filed.
