City of Jackson landlines temporarily out of service Thursday
JACKSON, Tenn. — The City of Jackson’s landlines will be temporarily out of service Thursday.
All incoming calls, including 3-1-1, and outgoing calls will be unavailable due to a scheduled service transition.
Emergency 9-1-1 calls to the Jackson Police Department, City of Jackson Fire Department, and Jackson Central Dispatch Police, Fire & 911 will remain in service.
The City of Jackson invites residents to download the Jackson, TN – Connect app to report any non-emergency city services.
