Bradley officials restrict electronic cigarettes

CLEVELAND, Tenn. (AP) – Officials in Bradley County have approved a ban on electronic cigarettes in government buildings.

The move, which would also restrict other vapor products, was approved by County Commissioners late Monday in a 9-1 vote.

The Chattanooga Times Free Press (http://bit.ly/1iUknFI) reports Bradley is the first municipality in the state to approve such a measure, though a similar move is under consideration in East Ridge.

The resolution took effect immediately, but did not include details about enforcement.
