DOWNTOWN JACKSON — Jackson is a finalist in a national competition priding cities on its healthy way of living. The Hub city is one of 16 vying in The Way to Wellville is a Competition. Jackson ranks number seven when it comes to healthy eating and overall lifestyles. Now in the semi-finals, a five-year plan will be proposed by city officials on how to keep health a top priority for residents.
