Charges dropped against Selmer man accused of giving drugs, porn to minors

SELMER, Tenn. — All charges have been dropped against a man accused of giving meth, marijuana and pornography to minors. According to McNairy County Circuit Court, the aggravated child abuse, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and selling or loaning pornography to a minor charges have been dropped against Eddie Wagoner. These charges stemmed from accusations from a parent who told officers Wagoner gave drugs to her 11-year-old son in February. Wagoner was also accused of offering the boys pornography, meth and marijuana. No other details were available at this time.
