Humboldt man indicted for criminal exposure to HIV

DOWNTOWN JACKSON — A man who investigators say exposed someone to HIV without their knowledge has been indicted. According to police, WC Robert Dean, 34, had a sexual encounter with a man he met online in March, but did not disclose that he was HIV positive. Dean, of Humboldt, was indicted for Criminal Exposure to HIV on Monday. He was arrested and booked in at the Madison County Jail on Tuesday. Dean will be arraigned in Madison County Circuit Court, Division II, on a date to be determined by the judge.
