Men accused in death of woman found on Henderson Co. road to appear in court

HENDERSON COUNTY, Tenn. — Two men accused in the death of a woman found on a road in Henderson County are scheduled to be in court Tuesday. Juan Carlos Ramirez and Luis Galvan Mendoza are suspects in the death of Brittney Lynn Simpson. Officers say Simpson was found in July on a Henderson County roadway. A medical helicopter airlifted Simpson from the scene, but she did not survive. WBBJ 7 Eyewitness News will have a crew in court Tuesday to follow this developing story.
