RIFA is celebrating its 10th Canstruction anniversary with a star from the hit show Duck Dynasty. Spend an evening with Miss Kay on Saturday, September 20, 2014. The event will be at the Carl Perkins Civic Center. There will be a dinner before the Canstruction awards and Miss Kay’s keynote speech. The awards begin at 7:15 p.m. and Miss Kay is set to speak at 7:45.
