Wet and Stormy Conditions Lasting Most of the Week

Weather Update – 4:30 p.m. – Saturday, June 5

TODAY:

Dry and warm conditions were seen across the region this afternoon. Overcast skies fended off some sunshine. However, that didn’t stop us from reaching into the 80’s for high temperatures today. Southerly winds were the main player in the warmer day today. Over the evening, we could see rain returning. Scattered showers are possible with the possibility for a few pop-up thunderstorms. Rain should remain light to moderate over the evening. We should drop into the upper 60’s to lower 70’s for a low with rain shortly clearing around sunrise.
