West Tennessean killed at KY construction site

LOUISVILLE, Ky.-A Louisville, Kentucky coronor confirms a West Tennessean has died after a trench collapse. Officials confirmed Jonathon Moore of Cedar Grove died while he and a co worker were apparently working on sewer pipes for a company out of Tennessee. First responders said the second man was rescued after being trapped for nearly five hours. Officials said it took a while to stabilize the wall at the construction site. Officials said the second man was conscious and helped direct rescuers where to dig. He was taken to a hospital after he was freed. Kentucky Occupational Safety and Health is investigating along with police.
