HENRY COUNTY, Tenn. — A storm that swept through Henry County on Friday left behind hundreds of thousands of dollars in damages, according to figures released Monday. A total of 20 structures were damaged, including an unoccupied mobile home that was destroyed, according to Henry County Emergency Management Director Ron Watkins. Watkins says the total damage is estimated at around $350,000. One home sustained 50 percent damage with a tree having fallen into it but is still inhabitable, according to Watkins. Four other homes had tree damage, with the rest of the damaged structures sustaining only minor damage.
