DOWNTOWN JACKSON — A woman appeared Tuesday in city court on accusations of stealing and fraudulently using a credit card belonging to a man for whom she had been a caretaker. Julia Fuller is charged with identity theft after the owner of the card found it was missing and had been used to make more than $1,700 in charges, according to an affidavit. Investigators gathered video footage and developed Fuller, a former caretaker of the card owner, as a suspect, the document states. Police say Fuller admitted to fraudulently using the card. Fuller’s bond is set at $5,000.
