Sex offender charged after child found living at his residence

WEAKLEY COUNTY, Tenn. — Deputies arrested a registered sex offender after finding a 5-year-old girl was living at his Greenfield residence. David Milton Jr. is charged with violation of the sex offender registry act. When officers visited the Saddle Club Road home regarding the violation, they found the child also lived there, according to an affidavit. It is a violation for Milton to live with any children other than his own, the document states. When Milton registered with the sheriff’s department about a week prior, he said no children lived at his residence, according to the affidavit.
