Nonprofit to host clothing giveaway in Henderson

HENDERSON, Tenn. — A local nonprofit is giving away free clothes this weekend in Henderson.

“And You Clothed Me,” a nonprofit ran by students at Freed-Hardeman University, collects clothes for those in need and distributes them in Chester County and surrounding areas.

They will hold their giveaway event on Saturday, January 29.

Free clothes in almost all sizes will be available to pickup from 1-4 p.m. According to AYCM President Casey Jackson, if they do not have what someone needs, they will take their information and try to purchase it at a later date.

The distribution will be held in the Fellowship Hall at Henderson Church of Christ.
