Interim Principal Picked For Haywood High

Dr. Jerry Pyron is now the interim principal at Haywood County High School. Pyron takes over one day after former principal Dorothy Bond resigned. Bond stepped down following some controversial statements about homosexuality and unwed mothers. Pyron is no stranger to the high school having served as the assistant principal before taking on the interim role.
