City Files Public Nuisance Action Against Three Area Clubs
The City of Jackson has gone to court in an effort to close three Jackson night spots. The nuisance actions were filed against The Mix Factory, Desperados and Taboo. From 2010 to 2012, the filing said there were a total of 731 calls for police to the businesses According to the mayor’s office, the city’s actions are a continuing efforts to reduce or deter violence in the city.
