An alert homeowner on Windy Hill Road in north Jackson is credited with getting potentially dangerous meth ingredients off the streets. The homeowner called Jackson Police, Tuesday after noticing a suspicious duffel bag on his property, which police determined contained items to make meth. Officers said they have potential suspects but their investigation continues.
