Man Accused of Box Cutter Attack in Gibson Co.

A man from Rutherford is behind bars in Gibson County, accused of attacking another man with a box cutter. Court papers show that Robert Lee Gabel, 37, faces a charge of aggravated assault after investigators said he used the box cutter to cut the man’s neck, Tuesday, though he was not seriously injured. Gabel is being held without bond, He is scheduled to appear in court next Tuesday.
