Wise Indicted for Burglary, Attempted Rape

The man accused in the attack of a woman in Humboldt in March has been indicted by a Gibson County grand jury. Mark Wise will now stand trial on charges of aggravated burglary, sexual battery and attempted rape. Wise is accused of forcing his way into a woman’s house. She was able to fight him off and tell police who he was because they had met before.
