Man Charged with Raping Teen
A 28 year-old man is facing charges of rape and possibly exposing a 14-year-old boy to HIV. Christopher Griffin is charged with three counts of aggravated statutory rape and criminal exposure to HIV. The teen told investigators he met Griffin on the internet and then in person at an abandoned house on Hale Street. There the young boy said they had sex. Police also said that Griffin admitted to having sex with the teen and that he is HIV positive.
