Police Seek Identity of Auto Burglary Suspect

Jackson Police have released surveillance photos of a man they say stole a woman’s wallet from inside her car in downtown Jackson earlier this month. Officers believe that on May 9, around 9:45 a.m., he took the woman’s wallet from her car which was parked on the street. Officers said he could have driven away in a small, green car. possibly a Pontiac Grand Prix or Chevrolet Cavalier. Call Jackson Police at (731) 425-8400, if you recognize him.
