Two Arrested after Raid at Jackson Business

JACKSON, Tenn. -Jackson-Madison County Metro Narcotics officers arrested two people after executing a search warrant at Master Kutts at around 2:30, Friday afternoon. 7 Eyewitness News spoke to an employee at the barber shop who said he was cutting a clients hair when dozens of officers barged in the business. Officials said they recovered rocks of cocaine, powdered cocaine and hydrocodone pills during the raid. Officers said they arrested Donald Duckworth for possession of crack cocaine with the intent to distribute. Spencer Delk was arrested for an unrelated charge of theft of property from an outstanding warrant. Despite officers findings, many patrons said they were surprised at presence of police. “When I heard about it, I was around the corner. Yeah! That shocked me! I just talked to him this morning. Yeah, it shocked me,” said customer Charlie Smith. Lt. Marc Byrum said the investigation is still ongoing.
