Beating The Storm: Prep Football Games Moved to Thursday
It is rare for rain to stop a football game, but much more than rain is expected in West Tennessee later this week. As a result, several high school football programs are pushing their Week Two games up to Thursday. Here’s a list of games re-scheduled for Thursday, August 30th: Milan at Gibson Co. Lake Co. at Greenfield Humboldt at South Fulton Covington at Dyersburg South Side at Bolivar Bolivar’s move – which is not weather related – was announced two weeks ago. The Bolivar/South Side game is being moved to accommodate WMOD radio. The move will allow the Bolivar radio station to carry the UT football game Friday.
