Students and Community Members Attend Lane College Job Fair

JACKSON, Tenn. – Lane College welcomed alumni and members of the community to their professional job fair. More than 20 companies filled the J.F. Lane Health and Physical Education building offering internships, part-time and full-time jobs to those interested. Many college seniors took the opportunity to make a head start on their job search. Students said they are confident they will find jobs in this economy. “I’m confident in my abilities and right now media is really big right now so I’m hoping I can get a job when I graduate,” said Nicholas Lyles. The City of Jackson Fire Department and Paducah Public Schools were just some of the local and out of state companies recruiting at the college. .
