COVINGTON, Tenn. (AP) – The case of an 18-year-old missing in Tipton County and found dead along a rural road is being investigated by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation. James Jones Jr. was last seen alive Tuesday night at a gas station in Covington, and his car was found nearby and empty the next morning.
