Woman Charged in Alleged Steak Knife Attack
JACKSON, Tenn.- A woman has been arrested after a couple claims she assaulted them while they were eating dinner. Officials said Beverly Johnson has been charged with one count of aggravated domestic assault and one count of aggravated assault. The city’s affidavit said Johnson approached her ex-boyfriend and another woman while they were eating at a Jackson restaurant and began to threaten them while holding a knife in her hand. Authorities said Johnson was arraigned Thursday morning in Jackson City Court and was being held on at $5,000 bond.
