Police Search for Suspect in Robbery at Night Deposit
HUMBOLDT, Tenn- Humboldt police are searching for a suspect involved in a Tuesday night robbery at a night deposit. According to police, just before 10 p.m., a female employee at a local business was depositing funds into the night drop at a bank on Main Street, when a man from around the corner and attacked her. The victim said the man wrestled the money bag containing an undisclosed amount of money from her and then left. The suspect is described as a black man in his early to mid 20s. He is about 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs between 150 and 170 pounds. The suspect was last seen wearing a black hoodie and dark pants. According to reports, he was also wearing a red bandana over his face. The case remains under investigation.
