JACKSON, Tenn.- An unusual pedestrian hit and run happened Friday in midtown Jackson. It was not the driver who took off, but the person he says he hit.. It happened just before three this afternoon along North Highland Avenue near Roland Avenue. The driver said he was headed south when two guys ran out in front of him and said the pedestrian hit his windshield. “He hit the ground.
