BREAKING: Gun Used in Hartland Place Shooting Was Stolen

JACKSON, Tenn.– Jackson police determined the gun used in Wednesday’s shooting was stolen. Sadarius Clark, 18, told investigators he stashed the semi-automatic handgun returned to the scene beside an air conditioner unit at the 1400 building in Hartland Place Apartments. Investigators determined that the gun was stolen out of Henderson. Clark is expected to face an additional charge. Clark was arraigned Thursday in Jackson City Court on charges of aggravated assault, reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon and evading arrest. Clark remains in custody at the Madison County Jail on $200,000 bond. His next scheduled court date is at 1:30 p.m. on Aug. 22 in City Court.
