Hardeman County to be new 4-H

HARDEMAN, Co. Tenn. –The University of Tennessee picked Hardeman County as the location for the planned West Tennessee 4-H conference center. It was announced at an afternoon press conference that Hardeman county’s site had been picked from among the three finalists, which also included Henry and Carroll counties. Hardeman County mayor, Willie Spencer, says the new center will provide excitement and opportunities that the community needs. This will be the first 4-H conference center in West Tennessee, which will make activities more accessible to 4-H students in the area.
