HENRY CO., Tenn. — The Henry County trustee accused of sending an intimating Facebook message to a political opponent chose not to appear for his arraignment early Thursday. According to the TBI, David Stone, 41, faces a count of civil rights intimidation. His attorney appeared on his behalf instead. Also, the judge recused herself from this case.
