BOLIVAR, Tenn.-.Another round of winter weather moves into West Tennessee, Wednesday. In Bolivar, big flakes of snow fell in many parts of Hardeman County a pleasant sight for some, especially with no major problems for the roadways. In fact, some in the area said they wish the snow would stick around for a little longer. “I think it needs to snow another 6, 6-8 inches. It don’t matter anyway school’s gonna be closed,” Timothy Cross said, a Bolivar resident. The state of Tennessee has declared a state of emergency for part of the state, activating its Emergency Operations Center, Wednesday morning.
