Police investigate body found in Horn Lake park
HORN LAKE, Miss. (AP) – Horn Lake police are asking for the public’s help to find out who shot and killed a Memphis man and dumped his body in a city park.
Police Lt. Scott Evans tells The Commercial Appeal (http://bit.ly/UHG9HZ ) 25-year-old Karim Jackson was found shortly before 7 a.m. Sunday in Maxey Park by a passer-by.
Evans said Jackson had been shot in the head, and his body has been sent to the medical examiner’s office in Jackson for an autopsy.
