Woman dies in Chattanooga house fire
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (AP) – A Chattanooga house fire has claimed the life of one woman and left a man in critical condition.
The Chattanooga Fire Department said the 35-year-old woman died at about 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at Erlanger Medical Center.
The Chattanooga Times Free Press (http://bit.ly/1y2Tw6e ) said the man was flown to the Vanderbilt University Medical Center burn unit.
Identities of the man and woman have not been released.
The cause of the fire remained under investigation.
