Bird-watchers can find helpful details on new website

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) – Details on more than 130 of the best places to watch birds across Tennessee can now be found on a website being launched by the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency.

The Tennessee Birding Trails website gives users the ability to search for birding sites using four search options, including region, species, species group and season.

TWRA says the website includes details on each location such as what species can be found and when, habitats and specific places to see, links to species lists from each site submitted by birders to and directions to navigate to the site and to get around.
