Firefighter Support Fund 5K & 1mile Memorial Walk/Run
A 5k and/or 1 Mile memorial walk in memory of Chief Jerry Shelly, Captain George Kidd and Lt. Gus Loseleben to benefit the Firefighter support fund. $25 for the 5K, $25 for the 1 mile memorial walk or just $35 for both.$100 to sponsor the event. *All firefighters are encouraged to wear their turnout gear for the 1 mile memorial walk. (5K starts at 8:00am and 1 mile memorial walk at 10:00am.) (Registration for 5K is at 7am and registration for 1 mile memorial is at 9am.) The Support Fund was created to help assist local Hardin County, Savannah, and Adamsville Firefighters during their time of need. We have helped with funeral costs, thrown fundraisers for a firefighter or their family, and assisted with medical expenses. This organization is solely funded through donations, sponsorships, fundraisers, and sales.
