Henderson Co. approves funding for acreage near Parkers Crossroads

PARKERS CROSSROADS, Tenn. — Changes may be coming to the Parkers Crossroads area of Henderson County. The Henderson County Commission approved $410,000 in funds for buying 51 acres at Parkers Crossroads. The area currently is a corn field, but officials say they hope it can be used for economic development in years to come.
