MADISON COUNTY, Tenn. — New tourism reports say more people came to Madison County and spent money last year, and that’s growth the Jackson Chamber says they expect to continue in the county. State numbers show Madison County brought in more than $190 million in tourist spending last year. That’s $7.5 million more than the year before. The Jackson Chamber says results like this will only continue with local officials re-investing money into tourism.
