JACKSON, Tenn. — Stocks tanked Monday on Wall Street. The Dow dropped more than 1,000 points in the first four minutes of the trading day. Stocks have since recovered a bit. A local investment officer said do not panic. “There‘s two aspects of the market — really drive mistakes in the markets — and that‘s fear and greed,” Founder and Chief Investment Officer at Eddleman & Eddleman LLC Adrian Eddleman said. “If you let those two emotional factors control you, they will usually get you in trouble.” Eddleman said moving forward, consider what you want to do in planning proactively rather than reactively. “This is definitely just a part of the overall markets,” Eddleman said. “They move up and they move down. Evaluations change.”
