Missing Carroll Co. man found, is safe

CARROLL COUNTY, Tenn. — A man who went missing Wednesday night just outside Huntingdon was found Friday morning and is safe. Officers combed the woods, flew over the area and brought in search animals to find Erik Allen. He was found just after 10:30 a.m. Friday. Allen is 32 years old and was last seen in the area Wednesday night on Maytown Road near his home. His parents say Allen is mentally challenged but that it’s common for him to go on walks. Officials say he is in good condition.
