Henry Co. Sheriff’s Dept. following leads in shooting

HENRY COUNTY, Tenn.-The Henry County Sheriff said his investigators are following a number of leads in a homicide WBBJ 7 Eyewitness News first reported last week. Authorities said last Friday night, Jacky Ford, 65, was shot at his home while playing cards with his 11-year-old grandson. Investigators said the gunman called Ford by name and so far, no arrests have been made. Deputies are asking anyone who may have seen a suspicious person or car near Point Pleasant Baptist Church along Highway 79 North in Buchanan to contact officials at the Henry County Sheriff’s Department at (731) 642-1672.
